Yoga for runners (Deep Stretch)

£15This 1hr 45min workshop will help to deeply stretch and relax to help us unwind the body and mind from running. This workshop contains longer held stretches to help target not only muscles the fascia (connective tissue)
Early Bird tickets available until 31st of July 11pm
Tickets for this workshop can be purchased in conjunction with the prior workshop in Aug ~ Yoga for runners (maintenance) or purchased as a one off workshop.
Please arrive for 7pm ready to start at 7.15pm
