Why do we care?

We believe that everyday wellbeing is of the upmost importance. With mental health issues surging, it's paramount that we're all proactive towards health, both as individuals and as corporations.

Wellbeing means many different things to different people, so it's crucial to take a holistic approach which includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual activities.

Jon Kabat-Zinn, a world leading mindfulness teacher said 'Weave your parachute every day, rather than leaving it to the time you jump out of the plane' he meant we shouldn't wait until the most challenging times to try and support ourselves, we can begin supporting ourselves now.

Why wait until you have a bad back to try Yoga?
