Virtual Mindfulness Class

£9Come and learn mindfulness with Michaela to help destress, unwind and bring ourselves towards a calmer, clearer mind.
These classes are 60 mins, every Sunday evening via Zoom, suitable whether you have ever meditated before or not.
Each class will cover different 1-2 mindfulness meditation practices as well as discussion and explanation of mindfulness benefits, uses and how it positively effects our brain. You’ll learn meditations which can easily be practiced at home + ideas on how to find little pockets of mindfulness through your everyday activities and interactions.
These meditations are taken from a longer course of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
Spaces are limited to 10 people, to allow for enough discussion time. (but you don’t have to say anything if you are not feeling to )
