Mon AM Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This will be a vinyasa 'flowing' Yoga practice which should feel energising yet grounding, it is advisable that you have practiced Yoga in person with a teacher before as it’s more difficult to observe students virtually. This class will have options for those who want to work a little more strongly, or have been practicing Yoga for longer.
I will limit this class to 10 participants but if there is another person in your household they are welcome to join in with you at no extra.
Price:
February cost is £49 for 6 classes (pass can also be used for Mon classes)
Or drop £9 to drop in.
(please let me know if money is an issue for you at the moment, or you require a discount/even free classes, I can be flexible according to your needs at this time, don’t be afraid to ask as I don’t know what your situation is)
Requirements:
A mat, a little bit of space, a device which can access Zoom, a relatively stable internet connection
(don’t worry if you haven’t used Zoom before, I can help get you set up before we get started)
