Hi I’m Michaela, I founded the Well Beings Collective in August 2018 to share my passion for wellbeing in a holistic way.
I’m am a qualified Yoga instructor, mindfulness teacher and a LifeClubs host and have brought these skills together to share with you.

My background is in adult learning and leadership development, I am fascinated with how people learn and grow and have developed and implemented many corporate programmes and workshops in the areas of overall wellbeing, mental wellbeing, team leadership, sales, change management and more.

Alongside this I have practiced Yoga for 13 years and find it to be one of the most transformative and integrated disciplines in improving and maintaining overall health. Whilst working full time for a large consumer goods company I was fortunate enough to be able to offer Yoga in the workplace on a weekly basis, as well as chair yoga and mini meditations for lunch time revival/team meeting focus.

Through The Well Beings Collective I aim to provide accessible, affordable activities to empower you and your business through your health & happiness journey.
