FreeWith the news of another national lockdown I want to be here to provide support and keep sharing Yoga and Mindfulness with you. #yogaisnotcancelled
I will be on zoom every Tues evening in November at 8-8.30pm (GMT) 7-7.30am (AEDT) I will be teaching the body scan meditation, a way to practice building intimacy with our bodies and using the body as a tool to connect with the present moment. A practice which Jon Kabat-Zinn describes at ‘Falling Awake’
