Free Sunset Yoga on South Shields beach

I'm offering a free 45min Yoga class on South Shields beach. This will be a calm, flowing class by the sea.
You don't need to be a Yoga expert or be able to do all kinds of funky shapes but you will need to provide you own mat. It is advisable to wear layers in case it gets windy. We'll meet in front of the Water's Edge carpark from 6.45pm Although this event is free registration must be completed in advance via Eventbrite as spaces are limited.
