This workshop will help you to melt away your stresses and worries.

We will practice a gentle Yoga flow followed by some mindfulness meditations excercises to help calm and de-stress body and mind. Mindfulness means paying attention to the present moment without judgement, these practices help us to become more aware in everyday life.

The workshop will last for 1hr 45mins from 7.15pm - 9.00pm please arrive from 7pm so we can begin on time.

All levels welcome to this workshop even if you have not practice Yoga or meditation before, plenty of options will be provided so everyone can work to their own abilities.

If you have your own Yoga mat feel free to bring it with you but mats, blocks and blankets will be provided for you at the workshop.
